TFC Capital Fund I, L.P. seeks to generate attractive capital appreciation over the life of the Fund by investing in early-stage, technology-enabled companies operating across the fintech, wealthtech, and insurtech sectors. The Fund focuses on businesses positioned to raise additional institutional capital within 6–24 months following the Fund’s initial investment, offering natural checkpoints for traction and potential valuation uplift.
The Fund seeks to invest in founders developing products that improve how financial advice, insurance, and investment solutions are distributed, sold, and serviced. Through the collective expertise of the GP, Investment Committee, and LP base, the Fund aims to accelerate the growth and adoption of portfolio companies.
The Fund invests in companies transforming the last mile of financial and insurance distribution—IMOs, BGAs, RIAs, broker-dealers, carriers, and related platforms—amid regulatory change, consumer expectations, and technological convergence. The Fund targets companies that:
